Throughout the year Ontario’s leading artisans are busy in their studios creating inspiring metalwork, sculptures, photography, paintings in watercolour, acrylic, oil and encaustic, jewellery, glass, fibre, wood, weaving and ceramics. Lake Scugog Studio Tour is a juried tour. We’ve energized our tour for 2017 with many new artists and studios. You’ll have 22 sites and 56 artists to visit. And to give you a chance to see a fresh perspective and new talent, we’ve got 7 Emerging artists on the tour.
Located just one hour northeast of Toronto, the Lake Scugog Studio Tour circles the historic town of Port Perry and beautiful Lake Scugog.
This year my host will be the most amazing Kimberley Price, who makes stunning jewellery from vintage ethnic beads, as well as creating her own silversmith jewellery.
